Technical Support Engineer

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

As soon as possible we are looking for an Technical Support Engineer at our location in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 

Job Description

 

  • Ensuring Customer's Injection Molding machine can process KRAIBURG's material.
  • Working closely with Sales on follow-up actions with Client upon completion of Mold Trial
  • Carrying out investigation at Client's end upon receiving a complaint, verifying if KRAIBURG's technical guidelines are being adopted and feedback to the relevant parties.
  • Providing summary reports of trials to the Technical Director on a quarter basis and propose solutons on Technical related issues.
  • Performing trials to verify whether new and/ or trial materials is able to meet required specificaton through optimization of the Injection Molding processes when necessary.

Job Requirement 

 

  • Possess at least a Degree in Mechanical/ Polymer Engineering or its equivalent. 
  • Min 3 years of experience handling Injection Molding Machine.
  • An individual who has good communication and interpersonal skill 
  • Analytical, adaptable and passionate.
  • This position requires travelling locally as well as to various regions in APAC.
